暖通空調管道用閥門的選型-按防止介質倒流選用閥門

       這種類型的閥門的作用是只允許介質向一個方向流動，而且阻止方向流動。通常這種閥門是自動工作的，在一個方向流動的流體壓力作用下，閥瓣打開；流體反方向流動時，由流體壓力和閥瓣的自重合閥瓣作用于閥座，從而切斷流動。其中止回閥就屬于這種類型的閥門，它包括旋啟式止回閥和升降式止回閥。旋啟式止回閥有一介鉸鏈機構，還有一個像門一樣的閥瓣自由地靠在傾斜的閥座表面上。為了確保閥瓣每次都能到達閥座面的合適位置，閥瓣設計在鉸鏈機構，以便閥瓣具有足夠有旋啟空間，并使閥瓣真正的、全面的與閥座接觸。閥瓣可以全部用金屬制成，也可以在金屬上鑲嵌皮革、橡膠、或者采用合成覆蓋面，這取決于使用性能的要求。旋啟式止回閥在完全打開的狀況下，流體壓力幾乎不受阻礙，因此通過閥門的壓力降相對較小。升降式止回閥的閥瓣座落位于閥體上閥座密封面上。此閥門除了閥瓣可以自由地升降之外，其余部分如同截止閥一樣，流體壓力使閥瓣從閥座密封面上抬起，介質回流導致閥瓣回落到閥座上，并切斷流動。根據使用條件，閥瓣可以是全金屬結構，也可以是在閥瓣架上鑲嵌橡膠墊或橡膠環的形式。像截止閥一樣，流體通過升降式止回閥的通道也是狹窄的，因此通過升降式止回閥的壓力降比旋啟式止回閥大些，而且旋啟式止回閥的流量受到的限制很少。

按調節介質參數選用閥門

   在生產過程中，為了使介質的壓力、流量等參數符合工藝流程的要求，需要安裝調節機構對上述參數進行調節。調節機構的主要工作原理，是靠改變閥門閥瓣與閥瓣與閥座間的流通面積，達到調節上述參數的目的。屬于這類閥門的統稱為控制閥，其中分為依靠介質本身動力驅動的稱為自驅式控制閥如減壓閥、穩壓閥等，凡領先上來動力驅動的（如電力 、壓縮空氣和液動力）稱為他驅式控制閥，如電動調節閥、氣動調節閥和液動調節閥等。

用戶須知User's notice

1、閥門長期存放時，應置于干燥通風的室內，閥門通道兩端須用封蓋堵塞，定期對加工表面涂防銹油。
 2、安裝前應檢查核對閥門標識是否與使用要求相符，檢查零部件是否完好無損，緊固件是否松動。
 3、閥門安裝前應清除管道 內的雜物(含閘板兩側的油紙)。
 4、閥門吊運安裝應在兩法蘭頸(或吊環孔)使用吊具起吊，嚴禁手輪處起吊；
 5、關閉：順時針旋轉手輪關閉閥門，直到手感到位，到位后手輪需反轉1/2~1圈(從防護罩觀察窗看到閥桿應處于下列位置)。
 6、開啟：逆時針旋轉手輪開啟閥門，直到手感到位為止(從防護罩觀察孔看到閥桿應處于上部位置)；
 7、閥門使用前應在各注脂嘴處注入密封脂，每半年至少加注一次；
 8、排污螺孔處于閥門底部，用戶根據輸送介質的需要在此處裝配排污閥；
 9、嚴禁將本閥門作為節流閥使用(帶節流的閥門除外)，只允許呈全開或全關狀態；
 10、嚴禁在閥門帶壓維修或敲打閥門各處；
